Is CryptoDashboardPlus a cryptocurrency exchange?
No, CryptoDashboardPlus is a portfolio tracking and analytics platform. We do not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of cryptocurrencies. We simply help you track and analyze your existing holdings across various exchanges and wallets.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. We only request read-only API permissions from exchanges, meaning we can never execute trades or withdrawals on your behalf. You can also use CryptoDashboardPlus as a guest without creating an account – your data stays in your browser's local storage.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from the Settings page in your dashboard. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Which exchanges do you support?
We currently support Binance, Coinbase, Pionex, and Crypto.com for automatic balance and trade history syncing. You can also manually add trades for any cryptocurrency, and track wallet balances for Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Avalanche networks.
Do you provide investment advice?
No, CryptoDashboardPlus does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We are a portfolio tracking tool that helps you monitor your holdings and analyze performance. All investment decisions should be made based on your own research or consultation with qualified financial advisors.
